Log everything, fast
Feeds, sleep, nappies, potty, pumping, medicine, activities, growth, temperature and symptoms, all one tap from the home screen, timers included.
Baby tracking, without the busywork
Cubby is the shared log for you and everyone who helps look after your baby. Log something in one tap, watch patterns emerge on their own, and get predictions built from your baby's own history, not a generic chart.
Free to use, for every caregiver in your family ยท Cubby Plus adds even more
What makes Cubby different
Feeds, sleep, nappies, potty, pumping, medicine, activities, growth, temperature, symptoms, vaccines and milestones all live in the same app, not spread across separate trackers you have to keep switching between.
Most apps hand you a generic age-based schedule. Cubby learns from your own baby's actual history instead, getting to know them a little better every time you log something.
A grandparent or nanny can have their own login and their own place in the family, seeing and logging exactly like anyone else, or be added without one if that's simpler. Link two households together for a blended family too, all staying in sync in real time.
Cubby Plus is priced per family, not per person. Everyone caring for your baby is covered from one subscription instead of being billed separately, the way most apps do it, and it even follows you personally across two households if you're helping out in both.
Features
Feeds, sleep, nappies, potty, pumping, medicine, activities, growth, temperature and symptoms, all one tap from the home screen, timers included.
Size, colour and consistency, as precise as you need, right down to "Shart" for when it's really more of a poopy fart than a proper poo. We asked around, apparently it's a real gap in other apps.
Every caregiver, a parent, a grandparent, a nanny, can have their own login and their own place on the shared timeline, or be added without one if that's simpler. Everyone stays in sync in real time.
See who's logged the most today, this week or this month, medals for the top three, plus a breakdown by feed, sleep, nappy and more. Share it with the family in one tap.
Link two households, like co-parents living apart, so a shared child's data stays in sync between both, without merging everything else.
Next feed, next nap, wake windows: all estimated from your own baby's actual patterns, not a one-size-fits-all schedule.
Every prediction breaks down into the exact numbers behind it, your baby's own recent average blended with the norm for their age, right there on screen. Not a black box.
Woke for ten minutes then went back down? Cubby links the two back into one sleep automatically, or by hand if the gap's unusual, instead of leaving you with three separate entries to make sense of.
Set a dose and interval once. Cubby tracks when the next one's due and nudges you, so you're not doing the maths at 2am.
Log fever, cough, rash and more together, with a severity for each, since a poorly baby usually has several at once. See the pattern on a chart instead of piecing it together from memory.
UK, Ireland, Australia, the US and Canada schedules built in, matched to your baby's own age automatically, with room to add your own custom doses on top.
First smile to first sentence, motor skills to social ones, across five categories covering the whole of early childhood, not just a highlight reel.
Track all nine major allergens and exactly when each one first appeared on the menu, right alongside every other feed you've logged.
A quiet reminder before the next nap window, or a medicine dose due. Never a badge count you have to fight.
Export a clean PDF or CSV of any date range in one tap. No scrolling through the app in the waiting room.
The Day Ring
Four nested rings (sleep, feeds, nappies, and everything else) fill in as an open horseshoe as the day happens, not a closed circle. It's the one screen that answers “how's today actually going?” without reading a single number, and it's built right into the home screen.
Insights
Cubby quietly builds a picture of your baby's real rhythm: feed timing, nap trends, wake windows, all surfaced as charts you can actually read in ten seconds, not a spreadsheet you have to build yourself.
Cubby Plus
Every caregiver already gets a lot for free: every log type, predictions, vaccines, milestones, no catch. Cubby Plus is one extra subscription for the whole family, priced per family rather than per person, so once someone subscribes, everyone gets the full experience.
However many caregivers are logging in, everyone gets Plus the moment one person subscribes. No extra seats, no per-user add-on like most apps charge for a second parent's phone.
A running sleep or feed timer shows right on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you can glance at it instead of unlocking the app to check.
A quiet nudge shortly before your baby's usual wake window ends, so you're not the one watching the clock.
Growth velocity, sleep-pattern views and prediction-accuracy checks on top of the free charts, for a deeper read on your baby's own history than the basics give you.
A grandparent helping out across two households stays Plus in both, without ever paying for it twice.
A full hero card on your wrist: nap, night sleep or awake at a glance, one-tap logging, and a face complication for status without opening the app at all.
Set up the things you log together (a bottle plus two medicines, say) as one combo, then fire the whole routine in a single tap from the quick-log grid or your Watch, instead of logging each one separately.
See what's running and what's due next without opening the app at all.
About
We're first-time parents, and Cubby started from a real problem: late at night, early in the morning, or handing off to each other mid-day, neither of us wanted to rely on memory for what already happened. We wanted one place we could both check and both trust.
We tried the other baby-tracking apps first. Most were either expensive, or convinced they knew better than us, pushing a “better” nap schedule, or worse, offering to sell us a fix for one. Our own baby naps in short 30-minute stretches. That's not a problem, it's just how our baby naps, and we wanted an app that tracked it, not one trying to change it.
One of us is a data engineer, so the numbers underneath get real attention: growth velocity, sleep-pattern breakdowns, prediction accuracy, not just a headline stat. If that's more depth than you want, Advanced Insights has its own switch to turn it off, and Cubby still just quietly tracks either way.
Estimates and insights in Cubby are for your own tracking, not medical advice. Every baby is different, so trust your own judgement, and check with your doctor for anything you're concerned about.
Cubby is free to use, with Cubby Plus available if you want more. It's still in testing ahead of its full launch, so request early access below and we'll get you set up.
Cubby's still in testing ahead of its App Store launch, so early access happens through TestFlight, Apple's own beta-testing app that's free from the App Store. Add your Apple ID email below and we'll send a TestFlight invite to it by email: accept the invite, install TestFlight if you don't have it already, and Cubby installs from there like any other app.
